What motivated you to be a civil engineering works execution managing engineer?
On my visiting a construction site, the supervising engineer looked very cool.
I had liked watching heavy equipment moving on site, and I heard many women played important roles recently, so I decided to be a civil engineer.
What are your job descriptions?
Mainly, safety management on site and documentation.
When working on site, I assist senior supervisors and subcontractors.
What do you care about at work?
I check workers' physical condition prior to work so as not to force them to work in bad condition.
As construction is a teamwork, I make it point to communicate proactively with subcontractors.
How is the atmosphere in the company?
I think I am allowed to do what I want to do.
Senior coworkers are friendly and explain me of various things, so I am working happily and comfortably.
How do you spend your days off ?
I do house chores and do what I like.
On a sunny day, I drive a little farther.

What motivated you to be a building construction management engineer?
My father, who was in construction business, was a model for me, which motivated me to work in the same field.
What are your job descriptions?
My main jobs are organizing photographs, and management of safety, construction schedule, and quality.
What do you care about at work?
Especially, I pay careful attention to safety.
I look at the face of each worker and check if he is in bad condition.
How is the atmosphere in the company?
The company entrusts site staff with all tasks on the spot. I work feeling relaxed.
How do you spend your days off ?
I spend my free time going out with my kids
